FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about cost, accreditation, attendance, and materials.
Is it really free?
Yes. Every Tediso course is free at launch, including registration, attendance, and the written materials. There is nothing to buy and no payment details are requested.
Who are the courses for?
Any small business owner, manager, or employee who uses technology at work, which today is nearly everyone. No technical background is needed. We also run a professional track for attorneys and accountants that addresses their ethics and continuing-education requirements.
Are the courses accredited for CLE credit?
Not yet. We are pursuing CLE accreditation for our professional-track courses, and that application is in progress. Until we announce approval, no Tediso course carries CLE credit in New Jersey, New York, or anywhere else, so please do not count a Tediso course toward a CLE requirement. We will announce approval on this site and to our mailing list.
Will these courses count toward New Jersey's new technology requirement?
Starting January 1, 2027, New Jersey attorneys must complete at least one CLE credit in technology-related subjects in each two-year cycle. Our professional-track courses are designed around those subjects, but they will only count once accreditation is approved. Check the New Jersey Board on Continuing Legal Education for the official rule and your own compliance dates.
What about New York's cybersecurity requirement?
Experienced New York attorneys must complete at least one CLE credit in cybersecurity, privacy, and data protection in each biennial reporting cycle. Several of our courses cover that category, and the same accreditation caveat applies: they do not carry New York credit today.
Do you offer CPE credit for CPAs?
Not at this time. Several courses are relevant to CPAs and tax preparers, but they do not currently carry CPE credit.
How do I attend?
Register on the course page. For a live webinar, we email your joining link before the session, and you can attend from a computer, tablet, or phone. For an on-demand course, we email your viewing link when the recording is released, and you can watch at any time.
Will I get course materials?
Yes. Every registered learner receives the written materials for the session, typically the slides plus a checklist or template you can adapt for your business.
Will I receive a certificate of attendance?
We are not issuing certificates yet. Once accreditation is approved, we will issue the certificate each jurisdiction requires, including the official New Jersey Certificate of Attendance, and we track attendance so it can be issued accurately.
Who teaches the courses?
Abraham Tejada and Joseph DiSalvo, practitioners who build AI and automation systems for small businesses. Each course page lists its instructors.
Do I need a technical background?
No. Courses are written for business owners and their teams, not IT professionals. We explain terms in plain language and focus on decisions you can act on.
Will anyone try to sell me something?
No. Courses are vendor-neutral. Instructors teach principles, obligations, and controls, and do not promote products or services during a session.
Can several people from my business attend?
Yes, and we encourage it. Please have each person register individually so we can send them the joining link and materials and keep an accurate attendance record.
