About

Practical technology education for small businesses

Tediso provides practical, plain-language education on the technology that now runs every small business. Our courses help owners, managers, and their teams use AI tools well, keep their systems secure, and protect the customer information entrusted to them.

Our mission

Help every business use technology well and protect its customers

Every session is taught by practitioners who build these systems for small businesses and professional firms, and every session is free of product pitches. You leave with clear next steps and written materials you can put to work the same week.

We focus on owners, managers, and teams at small businesses: the ones that rarely have an IT department, but hold the same customer information and face the same threats as much larger companies. Attorneys and accountants can also take our professional track, for which we are pursuing CLE accreditation.

How we teach

Practical

Every session ends with something you can use: a checklist, a policy, a decision you are now equipped to make.

Ethics-focused

We start from your professional obligations of competence, confidentiality, and supervision, then show how technology fits within them.

Plain language

Written for attorneys, accountants, and office staff. No jargon without an explanation.

Vendor-neutral

Instructors teach principles and controls. Sessions never include product demonstrations or sales pitches.

Accreditation

Where our accreditation stands

Courses are free while we pursue CLE accreditation. Our application is in progress, and until it is approved no Tediso course carries CLE or CPE credit. We will announce approval here and to our mailing list, along with which courses it covers.
